0.10.4 Dealing with the last major crash reason observed so far...

- Taught some plebs on map 13.1 how to use their weapons.
- Ballistae is now correctly linked from under the bridge stabby actions.
- Bella's promoted class now Count as promoted for exp gain.
- Smaller things.
- Kezrak should now be requitable. Technically he always was but the event checked if you had X amount or gold, not X or more.
- And the 205 crash should now be solved. It happened when a rankup happened just at the end of a map, tossing stored data over about a rankup to the next one. A simple fix was an event that just reset the data causing the crash at the start of every map.
